A card is required to start, but nothing is charged until day 31, and you can cancel any time before then. If you don't already have a website, you'll buy your own domain name before setup. We recommend GoDaddy, about $10–$20 a year, since it easily integrates with our system. You own it outright, even if you decide our service isn't right for you.
A note on usage costs: Text messages, calls and emails are billed as you use them, on top of your monthly plan — the same rates on all three plans. You top up a balance and we alert you before it runs low. If it runs out, messages stop until you top up; nothing is ever quietly billed to you. A typical established trade spends about $20–$45 a month on texts, calls and email, though your spending will vary with how busy you are and is not guaranteed. AI conversations are included in your plan up to its limit — 1,000 a month on Professional and Professional + Website, unlimited on Enterprise. To get you started, $5.00 is credited to your account on your first payment after the free 30 days; after that you fund the balance yourself.
